The out of hours care is provided by the Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust
If you contact the service, you may be offered any of the following:
- Option A: Phone consultation with GP or nurse.
- Option B: Assessment and treatment at a Primary Care Centre, which for Fairford patients will be at Cirencester Hospital.
- Option C: Mobile home visit team, including GPs, nurses and care staff.
- Option D: Ambulance call-out for medical emergencies.
