He also works as a Clinical Assistant in Dermatology and has an interest in minor surgery. He is married with two young children. |

She trained initially as a Hospital Physician (passing her Specialist's Exam in General Internal Medicine), and then worked in Psychiatry for two years. She completed her GP training in England. She is particularly interested in elderly care, psychiatry, sexual health and women's health. |
Dr Claire Atkinson (f)
Dr Atkinson is a part-time GP Registrar. This means that she is a
fully qualified doctor who is in the final stages of her GP training.
She has already completed 6 months of GP training in another GP
practice and will be with our practice from August 2010. She is happy
to deal with the full range of medical problems. |
